1. Print out the order form and fill in by hand. (or you can cut and paste it for e-mailing);

2. Post, fax or e-mail your completed order form to Open Way

3. Pay the nominated price by:

(i) E-mailing to request a PayPal invoice that can be paid by credit card, debit card or electronic transfer through PayPal;

(ii) Sending a cheque or money order to Open Way Zen Brisbane, 22 Galaxy Street, Bridgeman Downs, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia 4035, or

(iii) Depositing, electronically or physically, your payment into Open Way’s bank account:

When your order form and payment have been received, the order will be despatched by mail.
